Ingredients
- cabbage chopped
- lettuce chopped
- eggs diced
- tomatoes diced
- cherry tomatoes diced
- spring onions diced
- chives diced
- onions diced
- broccoli
- chicken breast cooked and cubed (optional)
- shrimps cooked and diced (optional)
- mustard
- garlic crushed
- fresh lemon juice
- vinegar
- mayonnaise
- olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
Lets Make It...
1. Put all the vegetables in a bowl, the chicken and shrimps and mix together.
2. Mix the crushed garlic, fresh lemon juice, mayonnaise, little vinegar, tiny salt, black pepper, and drizzle little olive oil. Mix well.
3. Pour the mixture into the vegetables and chicken mixture. Mix well.
4. It is ready to be served.
