Bruschetta

Opened my fridge and saw left over of the bread i made few days ago and i felt bad it would be such a waste to throw it away and then came a recipe to save the day!!! Bruschetta is so perfect for left old breads. It is an Italian recipe and is usually a starter...well so they say but i ate it as a meal because after eating it i had no space in my tubby for any other meal. It is super fast, unbelievably easy and you don't even need a lot of ingredients to make this super easy yummy bread delicacy and i bet you will end up making it almost every day...Wink

Ingredients
  • bread/baguette cut diagonally
  • tomatoes diced
  • onions diced
  • Italian seasoning
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic minced
  • parmesan cheese grated
  • olive oil
  • butter

Lets Make It
1. Mix the diced tomatoes, onions, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, black pepper, parmesan cheese and little olive oil in a bowl. Mix well and cover and put in the fridge to chill.
2. Turn on your oven and preheat at 170c.
3. Melt butter in a pan. Don't allow to get burnt. Brown both side of the bread and set aside.
4. Bring out the mixture from the fridge. Put generously on top of the bread and pour very tiny olive oil on top.
5. Put a foil in an oven rack for easy cleaning. Line the bread on the foil and put in the oven. Bake on 180c for about 20 minutes.
6. Take out and stuff yourself...Enjoy
