Ingredients
- potatoes
- olive oil
- butter (melted)
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg grated
- ginger
- rosemary
Lets Cook
1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan of salted cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil for about 10 minutes and drain.
2. Drain the potatoes well and return to saucepan over low heat until all the potatoes become dry. Shake the pan vigorously to rough up the surface.
3. Pre-heat oven to 350f (180c). Oil the baking try with olive oil. Mix together butter, salt, pepper, ginger, rosemary and little oilve oil.
4 Use a fork to scrape the potato. Place them in a single layer on the oven proved tray, Flat side down.
5. Brush the potatoes with the mixture. Bake for 50minutes or until golden brown.
6. Serve with steak. Enjoy my friends...
