Pork Ribs

Pork Ribs has fast become one of my favorite, i always have them in my freezer ready to throw in the oven and it is a winner overtime as everyone loves it!!!
PORK RIBS
It is so simple to make and can be eaten alone, with rice, potatoes, pasta, e.t.c. Its one of those recipes you can never get wrong as it will always taste really good. I have my own twist to make sure it is soft and melt in your mouth as i love it and will be sharing that with you today...Wink

Ingredients:
  • pork ribs
  • honey
  • oyster sauce
  • barbecue sauce
  • brown sugar
  • olive oil
  • soy sauce
  • garlic grated
  • onions
  • garlic gloves
  • seasoning
  • salt
  • black pepper

Lets Make It:
1. Set oven to 350F / 175C
2. Boil the Pork Ribs with onions, full garlic gloves, salt, seasoning and black pepper. Let it boil until almost cooked, i allow mine cook through, it makes the pork really tasty and spend less time in the oven.
3. Mix in a bowl: olive oil, Honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, grated garlic, barbecue sauce, oyster sauce and black pepper.
4. Toss the ribs in the marinade, make sure it gets to all the parts of the ribs. Reserve the remaining marinade as you will need it to be brushing on the ribs as it bakes.
5. Spread foil on the oven rack. Line the ribs on it. Keeps your eyes on them as they tend to burn fast. Allow bake for 30 minutes. Flip the ribs to the other side and brush the marinade on it. Keep doing this every 15 minutes until the ribs are well done and falling off the bone.
6. Get ready to get your hands dirty as your enjoy your yummy sticky delicious pork ribs...Enjoy
