For the Smoothie
- mango
- passionfruit
- red grapes
Lets Cook
1. Cut your yam into in size you like. Wash well and put into pot. Add enough water and salt (also add sugar if you like). Put on heat and allow to get cooked.
2. Put a pan on heat. Pour in the oil, add the vegetables and stir for about 5 minutes. Take out of heat.
3. Make your scrammed eggs, take out the yam.
4. Make your smoothie by blending al fruits .
5. Serve and enjoy your meal...
