Chinese Egg Fried Rice

I always make this fast and beautiful looking fried rice, i compliment it with different sauce as you would do if you to a Chinese restaurant...With Sweet and Sour sauce, stir fry sauce, tomatoes sauce, e.t.c...Loaded with vegetables, this dish is perfect...Wink

  • rice
  • sesame oil
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • eggs
  • onions
  • spring onions
  • carrots
  • soy sauce
  • green pepper
  • peas
  • sweet corn

Lets Make It...
1. Boil the rice with salt. When it is cooked take it out drain and set aside. Make sure you don't over cook it.
2. Whisk the egg with soy sauce and sesame oil. Heat a pan with sesame oil. When hot pour in the egg mixture. Fry, flip to cook the other side. Take out and chop it to tiny bits.
3. On the same pan put more sesame oil and vegetable oil, very little quantity so your food doesn't become oily. Add the onions and stir for about 3 minutes, pour in the other vegetables and keep stirring. Add the egg. Pour the vegetables into the rice and stir with a wooden spoon. Don't press while stirring.

N.B- I used frozen mixed vegetables is super fast and saves you time for dicing.
