Pineapple Juice with Garlic and Ginger

I saw this being made on a TV show and learnt its very very healthy and nutritious especially for women, they advised a glass should be taken a day and it will help fight infections and keep the body healthy...All you need is Pineapple, Garlic and Ginger...Simple and Fast!!! Wink

Ingredients
  • pineapple
  • garlic
  • ginger

Lets Make It....
1. Cut the pineapple, garlic and ginger into tiny pieces.

2. Put in a juice making Machine and juice out or you can use a regular blended and blend till smooth.
N.B. Try not adding too much ginger else it will be too spicy unless your tongue can handle hot spice.
I learn you can also have some of the back on, its good for the liver.
