Oven Baked Fish and Fries

I have become a lover of full fish...oh well am a lover of everything made in the oven be it full fish, full chicken, e.t.c...It is just always delicious and saves you from all the oily effects of frying...Wink

Ingredients

  • full fish
  • lemon juice
  • lemon or lime cut into round pieces
  • fish seasoning
  • butter melted
  • brown sugar
  • garlic gloves
  • garlic diced
  • onions diced (optional)
  • soy sauce

Lets Cook...
1. Preheat your oven to 175c.
2. Mix lemon juice, Fish seasoning, Soy sauce, melted butter, brown sugar, onions diced and garlic diced. Roll the fish well in the mixture.
3. Wrap and oven proof dish with foil and put the fish in. Put some of the lime and the full garlic gloves in-between the fish. Make a tent with the foil and put in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes or until the fish is no longer pink.
4. Open the foil and let the fish stay for 10 minutes for you want it to be crisps, lay foil on the rack and move the fish on it, brush the fish with the remaining marinade and allow to bake until it is crisps enough to your taste.
5. Now it is ready to be munched like that, with fries, with rice or with just anything...Enjoy
