Ingredients
- potatoes peeled
- chicken stock
- butter
- black pepper
- parsley chopped
Lets Cook It...
1. Pre-Heat the oven.
2. Put the washed potatoes in an oven proof dish.
3. Pour in the chicken stock. Cut butter and put on top each potatoes. Sprinkle black pepper. Put in the oven. Allow to cook uncovered for 45mins or until potatoes is done. Sprinkle the chopped parsley 10 minutes before taking it out.
