White/Cheese Sauce
  • butter
  • milk
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 egg
  • cheese - Little portions of all 3 cheese or any cheese you are using because you would need a lot to make the lasagna layers.

Lets Cook...
1. My lasagna is a no boiling required one so i didn't need to cook it but if yours requires boiling cook the same way you cook pasta don't let it over cook before you take out and strain. Set aside.
2. Make the tomatoes sauce: Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and garlic and stir. Add the minced meat and stir until browned.
3. Pour in all the vegetables : carrots, green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper, parsley, mushroom, and stir together. Stir in the diced tomatoes, plum tomatoes and tomatoes paste. Add salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, Italian spices and sugar. Stir well, taste and adjust seasoning. Allow to simmer on low heat.
4. Make the white sauce: Heat butter on low heat until melted. Gradually stir in flour until it has reached a good consistency. Pour in milk and keep string. Take a little sauce and put in a small plate break the egg inside and whisk. Pour the egg mixture into the sauce. Add salt, pepper and cheese. Stir together until perfectly mixed and the cheese melted. Turn off the heat.
5. Turn your oven on to 350f/180c. Oil an oven proof dish. Start making layers.
6. Spread a thin layer of the meat tomatoes sauce at the bottom. Carefully arrange lasagna sheet on top, spread meat tomatoes sauce on top, spread white sauce on top of it and arrange another lasagna sheet on top again, generously sprinkle the shredded parmesan, cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top. arrange another layer of lasagna and top with any sauce you have left but make sure you finish with cheese.
7. Cover with foil, make sure it is not touching the cheese. Put in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Bring out and let cool down for 10 minutes and munch away.
