Ingredients
- potatoes
- cream
- salt
- black pepper
- onions sliced into ring shapes
Lets Make It...
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into not too thick round shapes.
2. Put the potatoes in an oven proof dish. Pour enough cream to cover it. Add salt and black pepper. Generously sprinkle the onions on top of it.
3. Put in the oven, bake on 175F/350C. Bake for 1hour or until cream is totally dried out and potatoes perfectly cooked.
4. It is ready to be served with your steak, chicken, e.t.c... Enjoy
