Potato Cake with Mushroom Sauce

I tried this recipe the other day and it was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Loved it...When i first saw it i thought it will be a mushy mess and decided to make a little one to try out before serving it to anyone and i was shocked when i tasted it! • egg beaten
• flour
• bread crumbs
• dill or coriander or parsley finely chopped
• salt
• oil for deep frying
